Hourly rates are available as listed below for one-off or straight forward jobs.
• Book Keeping £25.00 per hour
• Curriculum Vitae & Résumés £15.00 per hour
• Desktop Publishing £25.00 per hour
• Dissertations & Theses £20.00 per hour
• Event Planning £25.00 per hour
• Invoicing £15.00 per hour
• Manuscripts £20.00 per hour
• Mail shots £20.00 per hour*
• Office Management & Administration £20.00 per hour
• Presentations £15.00 per hour
• Proofreading £25.00 per hour
• Research £15.00 per hour
• Shorthand & Audio Transcription £15.00 per hour
• Wages £25.00 per hour
• Word Processing £15.00 per hour
The above are total costs and include all deliverables, mailing costs and usual expenses. Any extraordinary expenses incurred will be discussed with the client and charged additionally.
*The hourly rate quoted for Mail shots does not include postage charges, should you wish us to post your mail shot on your behalf, the postage charges will be added to the invoice at the end of the job.
Packages of work can be quoted separately, after discussion regarding a client’s exact requirements.
Small jobs are quoted as below:
• One A4 letter/invoice/statement/curriculum vitae including envelope and postage would be charged at £5.00 per page.
• Printing from a supplied disk of work would be charged at £0.50 per page.
• Reprints of previously undertaken work would be charged at £0.50 per page.
• Laminating of A4 documents would be charged at £1.50 per page.
• Spiral binding of documents would be charged at £2.50 per report, in addition to costs of printing.
• Extra copies of work on 100 gsm white paper would be charged at £0.25 per page. Other types of paper could be quoted separately
• If output is required on both CD-Rom and as a hard-copy, the CD-Rom will be charged extra at £2.50 per CD-Rom required.
Deposits will be required from Individuals, with the balance due upon completion, by the end of the month following invoicing.
Invoices will be submitted to companies following completion of the job. Payment will be due at the end of the month following invoicing.
